Mitsubishi Logisnext Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MLAP) held the first product support workshop in February in Bangkok, Thailand, bringing together 26 invited participants from operational management, service & parts managers to product support team from Nichiyu dealerships and Mitsubishi Logisnext group. The aim of this workshop is to foster exchange a two-way flow of information between the principle and dealers, pulling the rope in the same direction to provide best after-sales solution to end customers.
MLAP and Nichiyu dealers shared the common interest where the series of this product support workshop will continue to uphold the dialogue and share knowledges. This event will be instrumental in meeting the objective to achieving excellence in after-sales services and contributing to the greater Nichiyu forklift truck market share in Asia-Pacific region.
